How to Download Your Income Tax Return Acknowledgement Letter
Step 1
Head over to IRD website and select "myIR Login" at the top right of the screen.

Login to MYIR with your username and password.
If you are unsure of either your username or password, you may reset both, as long as you have your IRD number handy.
Step 3
Select the option "More". Once you are logged in and on the homepage dashboard, look for the section Income Tax.
Under Income Tax, look for the button labelled more and click that.
Step 4
Click "View Letters"
Step 5
Select the Letter "Income Tax Return Acknowledgement"
This brings up a number of letters that the IRD have provided you with, including your Income Tax Acknowledgement Letter.
Step 6
Download the Income Return Acknowledgment Letter
To your left is an example of what the letter will look like. Please download this for the respective period requested and upload to your document portal.
